'Sprinting has numerous advantages... Even though I don’t recommend doing it very often when you’re in a muscle-building phase at the gym.  Sprinting is a cardiovascular exercise that raises your heart rate and can help you maintain a healthy heart.  Sprinting can assist you in improving your mental state. When you sprint, your body produces endorphins, which are chemicals that help you feel good by combating pain and stress.  Sprinting may be beneficial to you. Muscle mass growth: Sprinting causes fast-twitch muscle fibres to break down, and when your body repairs those fibres, it strengthens them, resulting in increased muscle mass.  Sprinting is also excellent for fat loss. Sprinting can be practised as part of a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT exercise raises your heart rate and encourages your body to burn fat even after you stop exercising. This can increase your metabolism, which can sometimes result in weight loss. This has the potential to alter your body composition over time.'
